Scheduling online was so easy. Jack answered my questions about estimating the cost. Price was based on volume. Called when they were on the way. I showed them the junk pile in my yard, settled the price, and Jack and 3 other guys had that stuff out of there quickly. Thanks for great service! Will use Hagens again!

They are the best!! From the first phone call with questions and setting up the appointment to them driving off, everyone we delt with was professional and kind. We had an old hot tub that they cut apart and loaded on their truck along with a few other items. They did it all in about 40 minutes (2-man crew)! Prices were reasonable and fair. We will definitely be recommending them and will use them again!

Hagen’s Junk Removal came to our property to remove a large “shed” that was actually more equivalent to a small building structure. They were very prompt in their response to our request, quickly came to provide an estimate, and quickly set up a time to remove this structure. They did an excellent job of communicating the process of this project. They showed up on time and quickly finished this project, under the estimated time. This project was accomplished at the Fort Collins Rescue Mission and the Hagen Team was very professional around our guests, careful of the existing facility, and did an exceptional job of cleaning up after they were finished. I would highly recommend them for any small or large removal needs you have.

We needed help removing an old water heater from our unfinished basement. I called several junk removal companies to get quotes, and was impressed with Hagen’s professional response. They took the time to ask questions to make sure they understood specifics instead of simply tossing out a quote. They were competitive and I trusted their process. It was easy to schedule the appointment online, and I appreciated the automated text confirmation and timely reminders they sent beforehand. Their team was on-time, and even called en route to let us know they were on their way. Jake and Sayid were very friendly and polite! After introducing themselves they made sure we understood the fee before they got started. The old appliance was removed in record time! This experience restored my faith in good old-fashioned honest customer service. I would definitely use them for any future cleanup needs we have!

Hagen’s Junk Removal was very professional, friendly, polite and quick. I appreciate them giving me a call to let me know that they had an opening in their day and that they would come earlier if it worked for me. Their prices are fair, it just depends on how much of your junk/debris fills up their truck. I would use their services again.

Absolutely Amazing! We procrastinated finding a trash pick-up service and Hagen’s had great availability and we were able to quickly make an appointment online. And, then they had great communication before our appointment both text and email so we knew exactly when and what to expect. Then, when their crew arrived, Jake and his helper were friendly and very fast loading our stuff.We would definitely recommend them to all!

7/23/22Hagen’s junk removal, specifically Woody and Sayid, made this experience so easy for us. I truly can’t speak enough on their communication and thought throughout the process. They arrived early and finished just under an hour. I would highly recommend their service as a Northern Colorado local. Speaking on their prices, Hagen’s keeps the costumer in mind and doesn’t break the bank. 5/5 service.

We had an excellent experience with Hagen’s. They were quick to schedule time to come to our home and give an estimate AND quick to schedule a time to complete the service. They demoed our deck in our backyard in 3.5 hrs with 4 guys. They were on-time, professional, and did a great job. Removed all debris. Would 100% recommend. Great, high quality company.

The guys, Taylor and Dave, did such an excellent job of hauling off my old, no longer needed furniture pieces. They were large pieces and they handled them with such professional expertise. I was notified before they arrived, and when they showed up were nothing but kind. My pieces were not too big for them to handle and one was an old piano!Thank you Hagen’s for such excellent service. Very respectful, professional, and quick. Would highly recommend using them as it was an amazing experience all around. Crew came in the slotted time windows, explained the prices after j showed them all that needed to be removed, and then we’re fast in getting everything out of the house. Once here, they were amazingly friendly, efficient and organized. I enlisted Hagen’s junk removal to help my parents clear out their garage. Taylor and Jake were so friendly, professional, and did an AMAZING job! They even took the time to sweep out the garage after removing everything. Prices were very reasonable and my parents were happy to have their garage back! Taylor was awesome! Kristin at their office was lovely and very helpful! Taylor had a helper that was great too, can’t remember his name. They came out took everything I wanted gone in less than 20 minutes, were very respectful of my home and super kind to my dogs. Price was reasonable and they were transparent about where some of the costs came from (TVs, appliances). Highly recommend!

Hagen’s was fantastic to work with, they were flexible with the eviction process, basically cleaning out the unit once, then returning the next day to load and haul it away! Squeezing us in to an already full schedule! They worked hard and finished in a very timely manner. In addition, they were completely professional and friendly! Unbelievable service. I’m 70 years old and Hagens Junk Removal is a throw back to bygone eras when customer service, character and reliability were essential. Nowadays, when all is said and done… there’s a lot more said than done.Taylor and Chrissy are special people. They delivered on their promises and extended themselves to accommodate our special requests.Bargain pricing — in my view.Employees were sharp, clean, capable and mannerly.When I move a refrigerator, afterward I look disheveled. Jake looked like Superman (perfect hair) before and after. It was supernatural.Use this group.You won’t be disappointed!

We had a side yard that we kept filling with junk. Kids got new beds, old ones went to the side yard. Needed to replace things in the motor home and the old stuff went in the side yard. Anything we wanted to get rid off landed there.This company did great. Was upfront on pricing in person and prices are listed on the website. I scheduled an appointment for an estimate. Communication was great, always kept me informed, and let me know when they were on the way. They were very professional and got the job done quick. The best thing was we didn’t have to load anything. We would definitely use this company again!!

We hired Hagen’s Junk Removal to help get rid of a couple couches that were stuck in our basement and to take some stuff that didn’t sell at our garage sale.
