A+++ ! I put in an online request for service and was immediately reached out to (within minutes!). They were able to help us out the next day! We had 3 storage units with trash, pallets and cardboard from a clothing business that had been piling up for months. We had reached out to Hagen's Junk Removal and a few other junk removal companies to provide a bid to remove items that had been accumulating in our garage for over 40+ years. The bid we received from Hagen's was the most reasonable quote we received for the amount of work that needed to be done.The day of the removal Jake Green and his associate arrived on time and finished in less the amount of time they had quoted.Jake was extremely respectful to our requests to leave certain items and made sure we did a walk through after they were done.I would recommend this company to anyone who needs this type of service.

I went on the internet on a Sunday to find a company that does furniture removal. I found a web site for Hagen’s Junk Removal. I set up an appointment with them to get an estimate to remove a 3 piece sectional couch. I found a schedule of available times to get the work done and Monday was available. Jake and Said were the employees that came to my house. They were on time and very proficient in their work. They did an excellent job and I would recommend them any time. The price was very reasonable and we are very pleased with the company and their employees.

We had a great experience with Hagens Junk removal! We scheduled a time for a free estimate with no obligation which was helpful. When they arrived the next day, they were efficient in giving us a fair quote, loading the rubbish, and hauling it away. They even took away extra items (a big trampoline!) we weren’t originally going to include - for no extra charged! Not only were the team members that came out super friendly and professional, but they went above and beyond in making sure the job was complete and we were so appreciative for the extra effort they put in. This company serves the Red Feather Lakes area! The two young men that came to help us that day sure made our work load lighter. This is my first time using Hagen's. I loved they are a locally owned family business. I needed a couch removed. We highly recommend Hagen's Junk Removal because their work was outstanding in every way. Their website was extremely helpful and it provided enough detailed information that we did not need to call the company to ask questions. We scheduled a pickup date and time, and the entire process went very smoothly. Jake and Said telephoned us before arriving, were on time, and completed their work quickly and efficiently. They were highly professional and very polite. They took the time to carefully listen to our explanations of which items were probably reusable and which were not worth saving. Hagen's services are not inexpensive but they excel in every way from start to finish, and the convenience of having them do all that work so completely and so quickly, was well worth the cost.

They are the best!! From the first phone call with questions and setting up the appointment to them driving off, everyone we delt with was professional and kind. We had an old hot tub that they cut apart and loaded on their truck along with a few other items. They did it all in about 40 minutes (2-man crew)! Prices were reasonable and fair. Hagen's Junk Removal came to our property to remove a large "shed" that was actually more equivalent to a small building structure. They were very prompt in their response to our request, quickly came to provide an estimate, and quickly set up a time to remove this structure. They did an excellent job of communicating the process of this project. They showed up on time and quickly finished this project, under the estimated time. This project was accomplished at the Fort Collins Rescue Mission and the Hagen Team was very professional around our guests, careful of the existing facility, and did an exceptional job of cleaning up after they were finished. I would highly recommend them for any small or large removal needs you have.

We needed help removing an old water heater from our unfinished basement. I called several junk removal companies to get quotes, and was impressed with Hagen’s professional response. We had a side yard that we kept filling with junk. Kids got new beds, old ones went to the side yard. Needed to replace things in the motor home and the old stuff went in the side yard.
